Photos of a laser etching by Bathsheba Grossman, on display at the Math and Art exhibit at Axiom in Boston. Axiom is a small gallery space connected to the Green Street T stop.
This cube is a model of the Calabi-Yau manifold, which, if I'm reading that correctly, is a three-dimensional cross-section of a ten-dimensional shape.
The resulting shape looks completely different depending on your angle:
